Unleash Your Power (Lepaskan Kuasamu) is the 26th issue of the second season of BoBoiBoy Galaxy, and the 33th issue overall in the series.
Synopsis[]
The fate of the galaxy hangs in the balance as Empress Kira'na launches her bid to establish the Gur'latan Empire as the dominate power, using any means necessary. Despiter her claims of providing security and stability, Kira'na's agenda is driven by a desire for absolute control, and the galaxy is at risk of descending into chaos.
BoBoiBoy and his companions are the only ones capable of stopping Kira'na and saving the galaxy. But can BoBoiBoy overcome his own fears and unlock the Third Tier Elemental Power, which holds the key to defeating Kira'na and her forces? The answer may determine the future of the galaxy itself.
Plot[]
The issue begins as Kira'na receives the approval of her citizens in her plans for galaxy domination. Fang advises Kira'na to reconsider her decision, but it again falls on deaf ears. Just then, BoBoiBoy and his friends, with renewed vigor, appear before Kira'na and confront her. They first attempt to reason with her, but when she does not listen, they prepare to face her soldiers.
The story then flashes back to a few days before the fateful fight. Qually explains the properties of the Oakuat fruit using Gaharum's recipe book as reference and prepares to cook it for BoBoiBoy to consume. However, BoBoiBoy decides to cut the fruit into five pieces, one for each of his friends. His friends look at him in concern, and Qually clarifies that sharing the fruit results in the power becoming temporary instead of permanent. Meanwhile, Kaizo leaves to rescue the delegates and tasks BoBoiBoy with defeating Kira'na once and for all.
Back in the present time, Yaya is the first to consume her Oakuat juice, attacking the Gur'latan spaceships with her upgraded Gravity Manipulation power and preventing them from departing. The Gur'latan generals prepare to strike back at the Kokotaim Gang, but Ying slurps her Oakuat juice (the second of the friends to do so) and uses her powers to avoid being targeted and shot. Her upgraded power lets her phase through solid objects, and she uses her new abilities to her advantage to immediately kick her attacker out the window. Shocked at the group's new power, Kira'na asks for BoBoiBoy's location, to which Gur'mida reveals he may have sneaked inside. She sends all of her soldiers to dispatch of the group.
Kira'na finds BoBoiBoy at the basement of the Gur'latan Main Palace, where he smugly sits beside KeyBot, taunting the villainess. She outs Fang as a traitor and zaps BoBoiBoy's Oakuat juice, but the teenaged boy reveals he had already drunk the juice, and finally unleashes his Third-Tier Power. BoBoiBoy Jungle advises Fang to take Keybot to safety and leave so he doesn't get hurt. Fang advises his friend to just focus on Kira'na and reaffirms his trust in BoBoiBoy. Jungle proceeds to engage Kira'na in direct combat and manages to temporarily incapacitate her, but she breaks free as she insists she does not need to be saved.
Back at the palace grounds, the friends protect Yaya as she incapacitates the ships. Gur'mida proceeds to attack the team, but Gopal slurps his Oakuat juice next, saving Yaya in the nick of time.
At the reactor room, BoBoiBoy Jungle and Kira'na continue their battle. Jungle uses Creeping Jungle Fist and tries again to reason with Kira'na, but the villainess hallucinates that BoBoiBoy is Retak'ka, causing him to realize she is out of control.
