History
Background
100 years ago, Planet Windara was ruled by a royal family consisting of Kuputeri, the original owner of the power of the Beliung. However, in 100 years Kuputeri rested in a cocoon to treat injuries sustained from a battle with Retak'ka, the reins of government were taken over by Emperor Reramos who ruled with an iron nail.

According to Kuputeri the planet is under a war. That's why she needs the wind element to protect her planet from the invader.
