Papiliam is a character who debuted in BoBoiBoy Galaxy (Season 2). He is the oldest blacksmith of Kepaku Village in Planet Windara.

After the fight was over between Muskida, Fang and BoBoiBoy and the villagers were freed, victory was celebrated by the prisoners in the quarry, Papiliam denounced Fang as the son of Governor Gogobugi and the younger brother of Kaizo. He said that he had heard of Fang's parents, in fact they must have been proud of Fang's actions today. As a token of appreciation, Papiliam gives Fang a key to a room full of valuables in Kupuri Castle.
