Mysterious Visitors! (Pelawat Misteri!) is the 1st episode of BoBoiBoy Galaxy Windara Arc and the 31st episode overall in the series.
Synopsis[]
With the help of PlanterBot, the Oakuat seed given by Master Gaharum is now growing fertile. Unfortunately, BoBoiBoy's joy doesn't last long when his best friend Gopal is kidnapped by a mysterious enemy.
What is the real goal of the mysterious kidnapper? Can BoBoiBoy defeat him and save Gopal?
Plot[]
The episode starts with an alien with a fly-like appearance discovering an empty cocoon in a cave. He reports his findings to his king and revealing that Kuputeri has escaped.
The scene cuts to Pulau Rintis where Fang is giving flying lessons to Ying and Yaya. After displaying his skills in flying a spaceship, Gopal heads out home as Ying and Yaya went to TAPOPS-U. On his way Gopal is captured by a unknown alien.
Back at the Kokotiam stall, Fang and BoBoiBoy receive a message from Gopal's kidnapper demanding BoBoiBoy alone at a location. When BoBoiBoy got there, the alien introduced himself as Maripos and was here to see the "hero who defeated Retak'ka. Foiling Fang's sneak attack, Maripos engages in battle with him as BoBoiBoy tried to rescue Gopal.
However, Fang was easily defeated. BoBoiBoy transformed into Thunderstorm and charged at Maripos. But Maripos was able to counter Thunderstorm's attacks with his "wind" ability and Multiple Illusions Technique. BoBoiBoy decides to fight wind with wind and transformed into Cyclone. BoBoiBoy Cyclone engaged with battle against Maripos who seemed to be finally excited seeing the Wind Elemental.
Meanwhile, responding to Gopal's stress signal, Yaya, Ying and Qually head towards the site of battle but in midway, were stopped by a hooded person. The scene cuts back to Maripos and Cyclone, their battle reaching its peak, but were suddenly stopped by Yaya and the hooded lady.
The woman was introduced as Princess Kuputeri, the original owner of the Wind Elemental Power and was here to take back her element from BoBoiBoy.

Differences in the Comic Version[]
- Unlike the comic version, the animation episode starts with Muskida discovering Kuputeri's hibernation cocoon empty. In comic, the issue starts with Mr. Kumar selling ice-cream.
- In comic, Fang did not give Ying and Yaya flying lessons.
- In comic, Maripos used his butterfly to capture Gopal instead of doing it himself.
- Adu Du, Probe, Bago Go and Adu Du's Computer did not make an appearance in comic.
- Likewise, Mr. Kumar and Hang Kasa only appeared in comic.
- In comic, Kuputeri did not reveal herself in front of Ying, Yaya and Qually.
- Hence, Yaya and Ying helped Kuputeri to stop the fight between BoBoiBoy and Maripos instead of Hang Kasa.
