After that, Jo Bot encountered Rosaksa in the vents was swallowed by him.// BoBoiBoy Quake with Gopal's help, saves Jo Bot from Rosaksa's body in an attempt to contain the monster, but Jo Bot has already lost his legs and has to cling to Gopal throughout their mission. It was at this point that Jo Bot also met Adu Du.
Jo Bot takes BoBoiBoy's group to the security control room to meet with X-99's guard robot after hearing Qually complain about the lack of suitable weapons; there they also repaired the camera system and continued the investigation. Rosaksa once again comes to threaten them and swallows the guard robots. Rosaksa is heard mentioning the completion of the integration of his victims with "CodeBot", so Jo Bot describes CodeBot and its work to them. The situation escalated when Rosaksa captured Ochobot, so at Qually's request, Jo Bot took BoBoiBoy's group to the reactor room where they used the reactor and stored batteries to trap Rosaksa. At this time, Jo Bot clings to Adu Du because Gopal is helping Qually set up a trap. Unfortunately, the entrapment attempt failed and Rosaksa escaped outside the factory, so BoBoiBoy's group went after him and Jo Bot was left behind in the factory.
After Rosaksa is finally defeated and the victims are rescued, CodeBot and the other worker robots meet Jo Bot again at the factory, and Jo Bot is given new legs.
