BoBoiBoy Ice, also known as BoBoiBoy Ais, is the evolved version of BoBoiBoy Water. He made his debut in BoBoiBoy: The Movie.
Biography[]
BoBoiBoy: The Movie[]
BoBoiBoy first evolves Water into Ice after witnessing Ochobot's death at the hands of Bora Ra. With this newfound power, BoBoiBoy uses Ice alongside the other evolved elements to defeat Bora Ra.
BoBoiBoy Movie 2[]
BoBoiBoy calls out Ice during a routine Power Sphere retrieval mission. In order to save himself and Gopal from falling to their doom, BoBoiBoy transforms into Ice to freeze out a path for him and Gopal to slide down on. They were disrupted by the beast, but Ice manages to save both himself and Gopal.
Ice becomes one of the three only elements to avoid being absorbed by Retak'ka. When BoBoiBoy and his few friends managed to escape, they crash landed on a planet. BoBoiBoy calls out Ice to freeze the acidic swamp water to allow everyone to escape.
BoBoiBoy Ice is called out when Hang Kasa begins to train them, teaching Ice how to fire his ice bow properly, as he was using all power but had no accuracy. He can later be seen training alongside the other elements when training with Hang Kasa.
After witnessing Hang Kasa's death, enraged, BoBoiBoy calls out his two remaining forms at the time, Ice and Blaze, and fuses into FrostFire to fight back against Retak'ka. He later summons Ice alongside Quake, to transform into Glacier.
BoBoiBoy Galaxy (Season 2)[]
In Back in Action!, he first appears in an Elemental Split consisting of himself, Blaze, and Thorn after Adu Du kidnaps Ochobot and tried to run away with him. He and Thorn work together to trap the squarehead, preventing him from escaping. Ice is also the one who tells Blaze to put away his Maximum Fireball after Adu Du and Probe have already managed to teleport.
In A Mystery in the Canyons, BoBoiBoy transforms into Ice to stop Qually after he stole the Blue Flame. He gives Gopal ice skates using his powers to allow him to give chase. The two also perform a combo attack to try to slow Qually down. However, one of the Ice Arrows narrowly misses the flower. Qually blinds the duo, but Ice manages to block the attack using his shield. Just as Qually is about to take the Blue Flame, the fox whom BoBoiBoy rescued earlier attacks him, allowing Gopal and Ice to trap him.
In The Ultimate Recipe!, Ice is summoned in a Penta Split consisting of himself, Blaze, Thorn, Thunderstorm, and Quake during the cook-off against Qually. He nearly places the entire Crystal Salt in a pan. While trying to extinguish the flames Blaze conjured as even the pan burned, Ice unintentionally ends up freezing the pan. Toward the end of the cook-off, he and Blaze are told by Quake to fuse into FrostFire, who uses Frozen Heat Explosion and prepare and serve the Tom Yum.
In The Battle for Windara!, Ice is again summoned in a split alongside Cyclone and Thunderstorm to engage Karantular and defeat the spider. However, he is knocked out by the spider while trying to defend himself from its acid spray.
Appearance[]
BoBoiBoy Ice has light blue eyes. He wears a gray long shirt and a gray jacket with light blue zig-zag patterns. The vest has the hoodie that covered his head. He also wears dark blue trousers with same zig-zag patterns in his jacket and blue and white sneakers. He wears a dark blue hat that covered his hair with the same zig-zag patterns, an emblem of his power, and the three imitation blue thorns.
In BoBoiBoy Movie 2, most of BoBoiBoy Ice's features are similar to that his previous incarnation, but now his coat is longer and the hood is lined with fur. There's a detail where his right arm is made out of ice.
Personality[]
BoBoiBoy Ice has a similar personality to Water, being a calm and relaxed, albeit slightly lazy individual. Though Ice does not show much of the lazy characteristics and can be seen focusing on the task at hand.

BoBoiBoy: The Movie[]
- Arctic Cannon (Meriam Pembeku) - His new weapon, a small minigun that can shoot blocks of concentrated ice.
- Blizzard Blast (Tembakan Pembeku) - He shoot a concentrated ice at the enemy, that leaves the enemy frozen solid. Also combined with BoBoiBoy Cyclone's Cyclone Rush with BoBoiBoy Blaze's Fire Breath (Hembusan Berapi), on a shape of Arctic Cannon's body, crushing the enemy inside the cyclone.
- Iceberg Eruption (Tolakan Bongkah Ais) - He summons a gigantic iceberg from the ground emerging to the sky to hit the enemy. He used this alongside BoBoiBoy Blaze's Blazing Meteor to make a collision that lead to a catastrophic defeat of Bora Ra.
BoBoiBoy Movie 2[]
- Ice Slide (Gelongsor Ais) - BoBoiBoy Ice can form slides of ice.
- Freezing Ice Floor (Pembeku Lantai Ais/Ais Pembeku) - Used to freeze the toxic swamp after he and his remaining allies crash-landed there.
- Ice Cannon/Ice Bazooka (Meriam Ais) - A small minigun that can shoot blocks of concentrated ice.
- Ice Bow (Panah Ais) - His new weapon, a bow that can shoot arrows of concentrated ice.
- Frozen Arrow (Panah Pembeku) - BoBoiBoy Ice shoots arrows of ice.
BoBoiBoy Galaxy (Season 2)[]
- Ice Wall (Dinding Ais) - In the second season of BoBoiBoy Galaxy, BoBoiBoy Ice gains a new ability called Ice Wall.
- Freezing Ice (Ais Pembeku) - Used to freeze the Tom Yam from burning.
- Ice Shield (Perisai Ais) - This is a new ability of BoBoiBoy Ice. He can summon a Shield made of ice.
Trivia[]
- BoBoiBoy Ice is the only Second Tier elemental form that changes the nature of the element itself. Ice's base form is Water, but Ice himself doesn't use any water moves.
- He and Blaze are the only 2nd-tier elemental forms who have been summoned in a dual split more than once (Movie 2, The Ultimate Recipe! and Hot as Ember, Cold as Snow), and the only pair as well to participate in such a split without fusing in at least one instance. Other dual splits involving 2nd tier elemental forms are explicitly called out just to perform an Elemental Fusion.
- BoBoiBoy Ice is immune to extreme cold weather conditions as shown in BoBoiBoy Movie 2.
- He seems to share a close relationship with Blaze, judging by their brief exchange before fusing into FrostFire in The Ultimate Recipe!.
- According to a trivia chapter of online Monsta comic of BoBoiBoy Galaxy (Season 2), Ice's jungle outfit for Planet Kadruax is fluffy because he is not bothered by heat (This likely goes for his regular outfit as well).
- In Episode 20 of BoBoiBoy Galaxy (Season 2), BoBoiBoy Ice's third tier form was revealed as BoBoiBoy Blizzard.
