BoBoiBoy Galaxy Windara is the second short-series of all four series of the second season of BoBoiBoy Galaxy. It comprises the first 5 issues of the comic series of the season into 6 episodes. It was announced at MonstaCon 2023 to be release in June 2024. On May 24, 2024 it received it's trailer, then it's Official poster, and then the official premiere on June 1, 2024.

Trivia[]
- Since Windara Arc only has 5 issues, BoBoiBoy Galaxy Windara has been extended in order for the series to fit the 6 episodes each statement.
- Second arc to experience many differences from the comics itself, from the storyline to costume design changes.
- In the comic version, BoBoiBoy Supra doesn't make an appearance; as well as BoBoiBoy Wind, BoBoiBoy Leaf and BoBoiBoy Fire.
- CocoonBot is the only Power Spheres who didn't entirely appeared in the comic version.
- General Vespira is the only one of the Five Generals who didn't appear in the entire animation, only in the comic version; as well as Karantular.
- Adu Du and Probe made an appearances in this arc, but they are entirely a minor characters and briefly appeared starting from Windara in Turmoil (Episode) (with their absences in Knights of Windara (Episode)) until the post-credit scene in The Battle for Windara! (Episode).
- Because of their short appearance in the selected episodes in the entire animated Windara Arc, they have a major role in next arc.
